We offer convenient COVID-19 testing options for your travel needs. Depending on your destination, you may be required to be tested prior to your flight. Northside Urgent Care offers both RT-PCR testing (results in 48 hours or less) and rapid testing options (results in 20 minutes). Yes. Northside Urgent Care is in-network with most major health insurance carriers. To streamline payment, Northside Urgent Care collects the insurance copay and submits the visit to the employee’s insurance.

If your company prefers to pay directly for testing, rather than utilizing health insurance, complete this Medical Authorization form to bill the visit to your business.

If your employees have symptoms, they will need to bring their health insurance information to be billed for an evaluation.
